Fit for auto body businesses
A shop in an insurer's Direct Repair Program (DRP) gets customer volume from the insurer's referral, not the shop's own marketing, and review timing has to respect that relationship (a premature review request during an active claim can create friction with the adjuster). No other vertical in this network has a comparable third-party gatekeeper shaping when a review request is appropriate.
